The Programme's parameters

Beauty, utopia and the pursuit of happiness

The beauty of Risvegli is cinema under the stars, in the village square. The utopia is a community that uses film to think together: medicine and fragility, artificial intelligence and responsibility, the history of the South. Happiness is the conversation that follows the screening, when the audience stays on to talk rather than drifting away.
